The two biggest complaints within the Michigan Warriors fan base the past two seasons were lack of marketing and some of the highest season ticket prices in the league. (2nd highest last season) Today, Warriors brass assessed the situation by announcing an early bird special on season tickets that lasts until the end of June. A fan can purchase a full season ticket (30 games) for only $98 for an adult, per seat and $84 for seniors and children, per seat.
From July 1st to August 31st, an adult seat will run $126 per seat and after September 1st, a season ticket will run an adult $154 per seat.
The Michigan Warriors have also revamped their website http://mywarriors.co/ to become more fan friendly.
“Mid Michigan families deserve a high quality hockey experience at a premier venue, and we are committed to growing what the Warriors have started,” said Jeremy Torrey, director of sales and marketing for the Michigan Warriors and Perani Arena. “We lowered ticket prices so more hockey fans can see and appreciate the skills and effort these young men exhibit on the ice as they work toward college scholarships. We think seeing the stars of tomorrow on the ice in Flint for a just a few dollars a game is a great value for the community.”
Individual game ticket prices this season have also gone done. This year, you can sit in any one of the 4,024 seats at Perani Arena for the price of $7.
It was also announced today that Moe Mantha will return as GM and Head Coach for his third season. Mantha has a 58-49-11 record in his time with the Warriors and an 11-8 record in the playoffs.
